Family Dollar in Kent is finally opened! I received a grand opening ad in yesterdays mail and a little bit of research showed me that not only does Family Dollar accept manufacturer's coupons, they also have their own store coupons both in ad and online printable. The coupon policy is available here, pretty straight forward, they allow stacking of store coupons with manufacturer's coupons and BOGO coupons, they do not allow coupons for free items.
